Hi, we have a customer who purchased a poster of the Grand Canyon whilst visiting the USA. Unfortunately it has become creased during the dry mounting process. Having brought it safely all the way to N. Ireland she will not be pleased.

We have looked on the Internet but without any success. The poster is titled "Grand Canyon - Morning Moods" and is copyright Image #19332, and the photographer is John Wagner.

Can anyone out there help, or point us in the right direction. We would like to soften the blow by offering a replacement but may not be able to do that unless we can find one first. Any help would be warmly appreciated folks.

I just tried "Morning Moods" in www.liebermans.net but nothing came up.

Good luck to you! You may want to see if there's a gift shop online from the Grand Canyon who can ship to you.

Thanks for your replies guys.

The John Wagner photography website is sadly not the same John Wagner and contains fashion photos.

The Amazon link does show the correct image but is a large photo rather than the poster and it is out of stock.

The poster we are looking to replace has a large border around it with "Grand Canyon" in large letters and "Morning Moods" in smaller letters on the bottom right.
We'll keep on looking. Cheers:popc:

I also will encourage you to call the customer, fess up, and inquire as to where they got it.

I recently had a Vatican poster in from one of my best customers. I flubbed up the mount and ruined the thing. I was beside myself for 3 days as I searched about to try to find where she may have gotten it.

I finally called her and explained what I did. She was really nice and thanked me for taking responsibility. I told her, and you will likely as well, that I would immediately refund the deposit for the framing, and that I would do my best to get a replacement. I also offered compensation for the piece I ruined...in this case, $100, which my customer refused.

I have made three phone calls to Italy after speaking with her, and had someone I barely knew in Italy call after the print as I could not find anyone who spoke English.

I am happy to say that in my case, a new print was shipped out earlier this week. I called the customer and she was delighted.

I hope you have as much luck and as understanding a customer. :)
