True Grumbler
I just got customer approval to proceed with framing a 4' x 3' puzzle. I did a search for ideas on mounting and it looks like dry mounting has been common. I don't believe that will work in this case. Here's why -
The puzzle is 1/4" thick consisting of 5 layers of wood with a vinyl top all laminated together. The customer had it custom made with their logo and each employee was given a piece to personalize. Now they want it framed to display in their office.
The puzzle itself is pretty heavy so I'm looking for something strong but light. Coroplast may be a possibility.
The puzzle was brought in on a white board they took down out of one of their conference rooms. Guess I could just glue it to that and put a nice frame around it.
I'm also doing some research on adhesives at This to That
Anyone have any experience sticking stuff to coroplast???
Any
would be appreciated.
