I need to find a replacment "stomper" for my Gerlich Gun Art V-Nailer. It is kind of a cylinder of rubbery material that protects the face of the frame when installing the v-nails. Does anyone out there have any leads for me? The info on the machine is old and no longer correct. We bought this machine used a year ago and it works great, just need that one part.... Thanks for any help in advance!!

Well after much stress and many internet searches that resulted in nothing, thank goodness for Chuck at Valiani! He directed me to McMaster-Carr and told me to search rubber rods, and they have several different types! Yay Chuck!

Gunn-Art was or is the manual division of Gunnar. Waldemar Gerlich used to market their products along with Euro underpinners from a business in south Florida. He closed the business and leeft no forwarding address.
I have had good luck getting replacement parts for my Gunn-Art manual mat cutter by contacting Gunnar directly.
