I recently purchased a used Fletcher 1100 Circle/Oval mat cutter. It is is very good shape and hardly used... almost like new. The problem is, in transit, a few pieces have come loose and i have no idea on what goes where. Can someone please provide a few close-up photos of the assembled Fletcher 1100? It came with no brochure or manual... i tried downloading a copy of the manual, but it is very very "blurred" and it did not help. Any help appreciated... thanks. ajh

Call customer service in the US @ 1-800-843-3826 or outside US @ 860-677-7331. They could probably send you one (maybe for a fee). There is also a training video available.

Tks. Mrs. B. I called Fletcher and spoke to someone, but, it is almost impossible for them to explain to me how to take apart and assemble the Fretcher 1100 over the phone. "can you send me a couple of photos" i asked. He said no photos were available. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. :icon11:

I have the original manual which includes a diagram of the machine. I'd be happy to send you a scan or a copy. Message me with your contact information. Mrs. B is correct --- there is also a video available. While it would not help you put the machine back together, it is a great tool for learning to use the F-1100

Would I be violating copy right laws if I photocopied my manual? If I can legally do that I would send them to you. Not in an email though. I REALLY struggle with my computer, it hates me!

No problem. That's what the Grumble is all about --- two people jumping up to help another at the same time. ahohen1, we're both happy to help you!

Does this help? If you need another angle, let me know, I'll see what I can do, it's not easy to get all of the parts in one shot. Good luck!

Thanks framinzfun. I does help out a lot. I am trying to figure out exacly how the 1/4" x 1/14" x 5" aluminum bar is attached (it is the bar tightened in place by the brass turnbuckle). It looks like MOST of it is OUT of the slide-bar... is this correct? If it is, what is the purpose of the bar being that long? Thanks.

I'm glad the photo helped. I'm not sure which bar you mean... are you talking about the one at the very bottom of the assembly?

framinzfun: The bar lays flat and is 4" up from the work table and is adjusted with a small brass knob. The bar has a pin _!______ on an end.
