WTB: Heating Elements for Vacuseal 4366M-HS

I'm looking for a supplier for parts for my Vacuseal 4366M-HS. I need new heating elements I think- the one on the right isn't working at all, and the left is overcompensating. Anybody know of someone in Canada who deals in Seal parts?

I found one company in the US- Onsite Maintenance- but my boss wants to get them in Canada if possible. Lovely thought, but the #### machine's pretty ancient, so I figure if we can get them at all we're plain lucky!

I purchased one from Seal about 10 years ago. At that time, they said that I had the last one. The newer machines take a different heating element pad.

Try opening and check wiring, making sure all soldered joints look "fresh" (with machine obviously turned OFF and unplugged).
