What one do you use, heat press or cold press. Plus and minus of them? I have not used a cold press before. Again, thank you for your imput.

Cold presses are just about obsolete.
I have both a hot/cold vacuum press and a hot/cold roller press. The vacuum press is much more versatile for doing wrapped fabric mats etc., the roller press is much faster and does cold pressure mounts much better. I never use the vacuum press for cold mounting. As Paul said...
