Gunnar F1 Hybrid cutting deep

Was working perfectly last week, now cuts through almost 2 board thickness even when I go through config assistant it will cut through on both 45° and 90° cuts. Loaded old config , reset DBD. Now at a loss? Anyone else had this and have easy solution?

I'm not sure how many on the Grumble have a Gunnar.
I'd suggest talking to Gunnar directly.

I have a Valiani and used to have a Wizard. Is the air supply OK? I know on the other brands, air pressure keeps it elevated

My experience with Wizard is that too little pressure will give a shallower cut.
Possibly too much pressure?

I don't have a Gunnar. On the Valiani you can adjust the plunge depth for the blade.

Never had this with mine. If it's doing it on all profiles, despite what it says as thickness in the config table, I'd suggest speaking to your Gunnar tech support. It may be the machine needs some adjustment (unusual) or the software has encountered a glitch in the background. Good luck.
