More than half of my large oversized order is no good. Black specks. Less is not a happy camper.

It would be nice if I could back charge Cyro for my wasted labor.
 
Of course you don't see the black specks until after you cut it to size and then pull off the paper to put it on the picture. Were you able to get a credit for the acrylic itself, even after cutting it?
 
What type? Hope its not OP-3. I work with many different makes and it I almost expect it with the standard grades these days.

Are you using Cyro FF-3? FF-3 is guaranteed not to have black flecks.

Sure, it may cost a bit more, but it is more that worth it for the improved quality, guarantee, and for avoiding the wasted labor of using an inferior product.
 
By FF-3, do you mean FF 3 mm? Yes, the label on the blue film says FF.

Don Mar went out of their way to make sure I had an enough no-charge replacements.

Apparently, they had problems before. They thought they had resolved the issue. I hear Don was quickly on the phone with Cyro.

Looks like the replacements are better. So far, one with a spot and one with a scratch.

Multiply a lot of pieces x the time wasted makes Less upset with Cyro's quality control.

Don Mar make Less happy with their service.
 
I have had this problem before. Save the pieces you have problems with and your supplier should replace it at no cost.
