took in 2 diplomas(BS's) that are fairly thin paper stock(just a little thicker than manila folders) that have the institution's seal heavily embossed, at the top. As a result of the heavy impressions, both pieces actually bulge in this middle/upper part of the of the page ... looks very sloppy! My guess is the paper is actually stretched from the print process. I've had them under a lot of matboard for 3 days...NO change. anyone have good ideas how to make them "presentable" (obvoiusly, the paper will NOT shrink)???

If I were you I would frame them with the bulges intact.

If you permanently mount them, the bulges might turn into sharp creases. Permanent, irreversible, sharp creases. Bad creases. Not good.

Totally agrere, Jim. Had no thought of drymount--used hunges hoping they might help take out some if the slack/bulges(sort of like a face lift), but didnt seem to mare a difference. Really wanted to pole the populace as to anything slick to help mask this problem. thanks

Bill, they are "presentable" . . . and they were presented that way. If the customer has a problem with how there piece of paper representing $60,000+ of money, time, and labor looks.. their beef isn't with you, it should be with the school.
