Seriously, they are in business. They also have set up a call center to handle things directly. No, really, this isn't a hoax. . . and I'm being straight up on this.
Out of the blue, this guy Hector calls. (yeah, of course I gave him grief... no, I didn't tell him he had reached the TSA customer search hot line) So we talked, and it seems they are seriously trying to make up for past . . "service" problems.
So...... I told him I was going to post his name and direct phone number on the Grumble.... and he said 'OK'..... I figured he had no idea...
so here is the email he also sent, with all the info (including the special website just for us Professional Framers.... ) so you that feel a need, can give Hector a warm Grumble welcome.
