Received a glossy canvas print that the customer would rather have in a matte finish. Searched the archives cause I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before but no luck. Is there a spray for this purpose? Or do I need to just redo?

She just wants some of the gloss reduced, nothing major.

Can you tell what the surface is? If the surface is just the ink, and has not been sprayed, you can laminate it with a matte lam. I don't know what will happen if you try to lam over a spray.

I've laminated over a laminated print many times with no problems.

We had a customer change her mind about the gloss on a canvas print that we did about 6 months ago. Sprayed it with a few coats of Krylon Matte Finish (1311) and it looked perfect.
