Said client brought in a moulding to match; she had this framed in Florida and wanted a matching frame. Does anyone recognise this moulding?

The jury's still out; we don't deal with Decor (we have never ordered from the company in the 8+ years I've been here, and I don't think we ordered from them at the other frame shop I worked at previously) so we're still up in the air about this order; the customer had come in previously to ask about it, and when I said I remembered her, she shook her head and said she'd never been in here before. Maybe it was deja vu. The customer was in the same strange rush, "can you match this in thirty seconds because I have to go?" sort of thing.

Anyway, I don't think we need the sample, Wavy, but if you want to come in and say "hi" if it's on your way, please do! I love meeting other Grumblers!

Rick: Yes, it is, and the President as well! It was a certificate for congratulating the customer and her husband on fifty years of being married--I think. Can't remember fully; I was trying to match the matboard whilst she was waiting (a Bainbridge fabric.)
