I am cutting lots of moulding made of poplar and am getting fuzzy cuts. Dows anyone have a solution to this annoying problem?

Fuzzy? Are you using a chopper or saw? Sounds like you might have an overly soft batch of wood or your blades might need to be sharpened.

I get "fuzzy" cuts occasionally, I assume that you have small chipouts along the edge of you moulding after cutting. Ck all alignments, ck blade installed ok, ck all teeth, blade square to table, table sq'd to blade, let blade get to top speed and slow cut down, replace with new blade if all else fails, same problem, get new moulding from reliable source, or get someone to come in with tool and shop experience to critique what you are doing, and offer solutions.
