Best of luck on selling your shop. What's with the shopping carts in a frame shop?
Spent the night in Syracuse about two weeks ago, pretty town.
 
Wow if I had the pocket change I'd almost buy everything to resell individually on EBAY, if you do split things up I might be interested in the flat files.
 
That one flat file looks huge... maybe 40 X 60???

Wouldn't mind having that one.

We could rent a U Haul and split the whole shop. I could use a press, Nicole needs a chopper.

Dang I could a better one too, but whatever I'm flexible, I'll take the circle cutter. Nicole needs a fletcher wall cutter too, we could split things 3 ways.
 
If this falls through, Randy, I have an oval mat cutter for ya'!

Shopping carts

Saw some questions about the shopping carts in the pics. Thought I'd explain the rest of the story. We operate 2 frame shops that are within art supply stores in 2 different cities. The carts belong to the art supply outfit. Not closing due to lack of business. Business is actually up. The art supply outfit has gotten greedy and has decided that since we are doing well, $80k per year would be a fair amount for rent. I see it more like extortion. I'm already doing 70-80 hours a week and refuse to sign a lease that is sure to kill me. So they can have $0k per year! Fortunately I also own a gallery/frame shop between 2 affluent communities, so I'll settle down there and hopefully get my life back. I offered this package to my employees of this store for free, and had planned to help them move to a new space. Unfortunately the manager recently declined due to personal circumstances. Breaks my heart because they're like family. If I don't find a buyer I'll put it all in storage until the next in line is ready to open her own shop.
