I have a brand new Ultramitre 12" Combo Blade U1290MC
12"x5/8"x90T
Metal-Combo

It was bought years ago but all our saws take 10" blades.

I'd either like a new 10" combo blade (prefer 100 tooth) in trade or I'll just sell this one off for $150 + shipping.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Andrew

Welcome to the grumble, Andrew!

Thanks for the welcome. I actually joined in October 2007, but never posted. I lurked for a year or three or five before that.

The blade is still available, in case anyone's interested.

Andrew-

Bad time to sell an Ultramitre blade. All blades are 2 for the price of 1 direct from Ultramitre since it is WCAf time. I just bought 4 for $420.00, or $105 each.

Andrew, who did you contact for the show special? There's nothing about that on their site.

It wasn't Andrew that posted it, I did.

They have been doing this for years and usually only announce it at the show.

Since I use/sharpen/buy a lot of blades, they let me buy the blades a week early since they were replacing Ultramitre blades that were no longer sharpenable.

If you call and ask, maybe they will do the same for you.

Folks, We sell our 12" mitre saw blades for $103.00 everyday. You don't have to be a big user to get that price from us.
Since 1903 W.D. Quinn Saw Co. located in St. Louis, Mo. has sold and serviced all types of circular saw blades. Picture framers are one of our specialties. Our shop has flown under the radar screen for most of you but that is about to change.
Our blades are made here in the USA. and our shop uses complete CNC sharpening equipment with robot loading and unloading for round the clock service. All blades are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, checked for blade runout, we repair any missing teeth and then sharpened. Another check of the blades after sharpening on our computer video inspection machine.
We service over 200 sawblades everyday at our shop and sell new blades at great prices.
Andrew I'll trade you a 10"x100tooth combo for your Ultramitre (not that I need an Ultramitre blade) Thanks, Bill www.quinnsaw.com
