Each display carousel has 10 display sides, enough to display the equivalent of a 10' by 6' wall of moulding in approximately a 30" footprint. Each carousel is mounted upon a heavy duty lazy susan bearing and each display side is covered with a heavy duty indoor/outdoor carpeting for ease in displaying velcro backed moulding samples.
These carousels are built of MDF and special furniture bolts and are about 5 years old. These 4 display carousels will display enough moulding samples to fit a flat wall that is 40' long, and will fit across 10' of wall space or singly throughout the gallery as one chooses.
This photo shows 2 of the carousels standing side by side.
For reasons unbeknownst to me, when I rotated the photos to upright in PhotoShop, they took on the appearance of leaning to the right. All the photos that I took of these carousels appear the same but I can assure you that they do stand vertically.
We have these carousels displayed one behind the customer counter, one at the end of the customer counter, and 2 in the display area for the canvas originals. In my last gallery, I used them against a 10' wall in a straight line and each method works fine depending on your gallery layout and your available floor space. You can position one of these at the end of a row of display shelves as it will take up less space than the width of most standard double sided shelf displays.
This is a photo of one of the 3 inner supports to which the display sides are bolted. It will give you an idea of the structure and profile of the 10 sides of each carousel.
I moved all 4 of these carousels in a fullsized van so they are easily transported if one chose to pick them up. They can be torn down for shipping but I have no idea how much the costs would be for each of them.
I am asking $150.00 per carousel picked up and you can compare prices to the 6 sided carousels that are sold through UMS as #5101.
Please email me with any questions you have about them.
Thank you for looking.
