I have some extra ink cartridges that fit former printers. If you can use one or all, I will send them free for the cost of postage...

LExmark 70, Lexmark 16, HP 57, HP 56

Sometimes it pays to get up early.

Ellen, I have two printers that use the HP 56 and 57. They also use 58 and 59 and they are thirsty devils.

I will email my mailing address. If you still have these, let me know what I owe you.

Okay, so maybe I won't email you. The address in your profile goes to a dead link. That could be a problem at my end or even (gasp!) with The Grumble.

Edit:
It appears to be a problem with the way I have my email client set up, so I've written to you through Outlook Express.

Now I see why people use the private email through The Grumble.

You all will be relieved to know I've fixed my email problem. Somehow, Hotmail had become my default program for handling email (how did THAT happen?) and, instead of prompting me for a password, it would just quit and open a "URL unknown" window.

Changing my default email handler to Outlook Express in Tools, Internet Options, Programs made it once again possible to just click on the email button at the top of Ellen's post and have a new message window pop up with Ellen's address pre-filled. (That only works if you have Outlook Express configured to handle Hotmail, or whatever email address you're using.)

I only mention this because:

  1. Some of you may have encountered a similar problem using the email button on The Grumble.</font>
  2. There's about 12 inches of snow waiting for me out in the driveway.</font>

It's now 7 am Left Coast Standard Time.

The current temp in Las Vegas is 48.

It will be hitting the 68-70 mark this afternoon.

The pool is calling to my inner Marc Spitz. All three of him...

To bad I forgot the swim trunks.

ELLEN! Were those the same ink cartridges you said I could have the year of The Great Flood at the Omni Bar, if I bought you a drink? As I recall, you searched convincingly in your purse, but said you must've left your money in the other one?

On the upside, Ron DID get his email problem fixed. The very least we can ALL do is send him test emails...
