Hi, A customer recently brought in aa actual 4 leaf clover for us to frame and was inquiring about preservation. I've heard in the past about a spray that can be applied to organic objects to prolong their life. Can anyone offer any suggestions or advice about this. Thank you.

First the item must be dried. The best way I know of doing this is to bury the item in silica gel. The old method, but takes a long time, was to put the item under pressure between two pieces of blotting paper. I believe there is a polymer spray available now that is used once the item is dry.
Try searching for flower drying/preservation, there may be newer/better methods since I last did anything like this.
