The way to capture a wall color from a paint chip or a swatch is to
press
the 'Wall Color' button, like you are already doing, but you need to
press
the button when you are on the 'Define Image' tab, not on the 'PreVue
Image'
tab. When you press the button a pop up box will appear asking if you
want
to select a color from the image. You will want to press the 'Yes'
button
and then move the cross hairs over the swatch/paint chip and click the
button. This should grab the color under the crosshairs and use it as
the
wall color.
