Framesmart users?

I have been told that Framesmart is the #4 software out there. I have it and not real fond of it. Who else uses it and what is your opinion of it?

A lot of grumblers use the Framesmart software. Hopefully they'll see this and chime in with their impressions and advice to make the most of this tool.
