I know I remember a thread that said they were gone, and there were a couple of replies, but now that thread is GONE and I went to the FS website, and there they were!

They cut a couple of mats for me last year, did a really superb job, and I seem to have lost their software program when I got my new computer.

What's up with all this mystery? They're still around, am I right? I just like to know that they are there if I need them!

In the event it could change anyone's mind, I'd like to go on record saying I would like to see this service continued. It has saved my _______ a couple of times, and I have a project coming to me May 1 ( :( ) that would greatly benefit from this service.
 
Yes Mel, I'm with you. I was a bit dismayed when I got that letter. It sure was nice knowing that service was available if ever needed, a nice safety net.

As a newbie to this business I was very thrilled to learn of this service, went to the site, got the software...then read of it's demise on the Grumble. They sent me the software in the 1st week of April and when I called Fletcher to find out if it is being shut down I was told that it is gone as of the end of April...too bad. I guess everyone must be getting a CMC and can do their own exotic mats!!
