I am looking for the address and phone number for the distributor of a fluorecent green measuring tape made for framers. I believe I ordered them from a distributor in Wisconsin.

I did do a search and did not come up with anything.

The address for NORTH WOODS FRAMES is 680 Main St, Box 46 Baldwin, WI 54002, I have ordered My tapes over the phone at 1 800 435 5882. They are $6.95 each or $5.95 for 6 or more. The last time I called I was told that they were selling out of these tapes. SO good luck.
Happy to help.

If they are sold out, would the centering tape United is selling for $5.95 hold any interest? Since it's in a framing supplier's catalog, it would seem to be for framers, so........

however, it's backordered.

Thank's JILLCPF I just ordered the tapes and am elated that I could get a new supply.

MerpsMom: I have looked at the centering tapes and prefer these; 1. for size they are easy to carry, 2. The zero starts about two inches in from the end so there is less danger of catching or marking up the art work.

Thanks Again!

I have never used a centering tape so am not sure how they compare, but with the framers tape you avoid starting at the one inch mark and subtracting that inch to get correct measurements. Also it is a flexable tractable rule so you can not accidently poke it through the art work when you lay it on it.
Hope this helped.

I ordered two of the tapes above, cost me 6.95 apiece plus shipping. They are about 2" sq. and about 1/4" thick with no lock. They are worth probably 50 cents. I feel ripped to the Z.

Are you using the tapes as a sabre to do your z'ing? If so, you should feel ripped to the Z.
After you use one for awhile I think you will begin to like the design.
I have used the little tape for about five years. I like the size. It fits into my pocket and if I drop it while measuring something, it is not likely to do damage. The color helps me find it when it's lost. But the best feature is that when measuring the hook is safely in my hand.

After a couple of Margaritas, I feel ripped to the Z, oh, different post
