Use a bit of psychology here. Everybody thinks he's already reasonably inexpensive. Especially framers near Roscoe and Rockford IL would think so around this time of the year
Why would they volunteer to do a proper job, at a price that won't break a newlywed, when the step father may do it better yet, at later time, for free? LOL

I am simply trying to find someone competent and local to my step-daughter. I'd do the job myself, but the cost of shipping the finished product, not to mention the risk, would put the cost overbudget. That being said, so we have any framers near Roscoe, IL that can do this project?
