Has anyone out there used this moulding company? If you have, how have you found service and the quality of mouldings? The sales manager at this company was nice enough to send us not only the catalogue, but a wide range of four inch long moulding chips to handle as well instead of basing everything off of the catalogue. We are pretty impressed with the finishes so far, the mouldings and the designs, they seem to have a very european flavour to them. If anyone out there has used them, how do you find the quality, the customer service, ect... any input would be helpful.

We have had very good service from Fotio and always good quality product at a very competative price, and if we ever have a problem Carlos looks after it immediatly, I would highly recomend them.

Excellent product and excellent service.

We've never had a problem and now use them instead of Roma ( with whom we have had NO end of problems :mad: ).
 
Chris, Maybe you could give us some details about your Romaproblems. I've been using them for years and haven't had any problems. My moulding comes out of New Jersey instead of Canada and maybe the problem is at that plant.
I'd also like to get the address and phone number of Fotio. It's always good to check out other suppliers.
