AMP Mitre-Mite VN Manual v-nailer/underpinner. Used fairly lightly for about 4 years. It is foot operated -- no compressor needed. I found I made fewer mistakes with this than with an air operated machine. It is in very good condition. Asking $300 (it was over a thousand when purchased in 2002). I am located in Augusta, Maine and have no way to transport it except possibly locally.
