I have a jersey, football, pictures, and a cheese head to shadow box.
Suggestions are welcome. Last year in Las Vegas I went to the shadow boxing workshop. Can't remember where to order the football mount from. Anyone know?
Also, can't remember his name, talked about ordering acrylic boxes with an edge on them. Anyone remember where that was? If I dug deep enough I could probably find this info, but it takes DIGGING! :sg: Czapla

Place jersey, football, and cheese head in blender... puree. Roll grindings in photos and smoke.
You'ld only get better high if your season tickets are row 12 on north side, 50 yard line.

Whoops, thought it was Warped. Welcome to the G Czapla.

Jim Miller was your teacher, Omega makes the gravity box. Enjoy the season... but man that must be one heck of a drive for the games. :D

Czapla, The "acrylic bubble" mounts from United work nicely when only the ball requires extra depth. However, your project has several items of different depths.

My first suggestion would be to make two frames instead of one. The ball and photos would probably be a great application for United's acrylic bubble. The jersey and cheesehead might be best displayed in an acrylic box just a few inches deep, or a deep wood frame. Maybe even Nielsen's 100-series aluminum shadowbox moulding would be good.

In your handout from the first session of "The Complete Guide to Shadowboxes and Framing Objects", the session that covered design and enclosures, you should find illustrated instructions for "The Edge" acrylic box design with the lip you mentioned.
