Customer is ordering a 36 x 38" vintage advertising poster and can get it backed or unbacked.
Came in, thinking maybe linen-backed, then float in frame. So far, I've only done window mats
or DCO, with such linen-backed posters. I can imagine making float hinges with muslin and Jade R glue,
but would the fabric end up wavy? I've floated lots of paper art, but it's a different critter.

Just say no.
Linen backing and floating are incompatable.
It can be done, but why?

Edit: confirm with your source for linen backing about the concept.

Thanks, for the confirmation.
I told him that fabric responds differently than paper, but hearing it from more than one source will help.
