Does anyone know where I can get Floater Frames in colors?

I'm looking for 1 1/2" deep (same size as Nielson's Floater Frames.) My customer would like a bright blue or shiny gold.

I am always on the lookout for different floaters. I have never run across a bright blue, but you could get one from Xylo and paint it.

We manufacture hardwood frames (including floaters) and have some stock blue lacquer (and other colors) or we can make them raw for you. Not trying to solicit anybody but just wanted to answer your question.

Jamie and company, welcome to the Grumble! Interesting site and impressive credentials/history.

Do you have a catalogue?

Thanks - I never knew this place existed until I met Framer on another message board. This is a great site.

We don't really have a catalog but I'd be happy to send you a .pdf file of our hardwood shapes. Our general email is info@stanhopeframers.com - if you send me an email there I'll get the .pdf drawings out to you.

I'm new here and I don't know what the rules are here about soliciting. I'm really here for all the great info so please don't think I'm here trying to sell you all our frames!

Okay then, Jamie, think about it as you're here to provide yet another great resource for something we're all trying to find but can't. As well as learn more. We're all up for learning (and for some, contributing to) more about our trade and it's resources.

How's that? And why shouldn't you be trying to sell your frames?? Ask Bob Carter.....isn't that why we're all in business?? To market ourselves? Make money? This is a great place to do that, on a forum of framers hungry for new information and resources.

So, again, welcome.

Jamie, answering a question as you did is perfectly acceptable. Thanks for the info and welcome. If at some point you have something to share about a product or service that your company is offering, just post the info in the the Commercial section. Again welcome to the G! Look forward to hearing from you more.
