Searching For Float Frame

I have a client that is looking for a black float frame that has a 5'' lip. Has anyone heard of such a beast?

Wow that is indeed quite a beast. I assume that 'lip' refers to the 'face' of the floater? If so, why not use the floater and attach a second frame to that to create that look? Might not be what you're looking for of course, just an idea.

And yes, I want to see photos too!
