WTB: Fletcher-Terry/APM hand disc sander

I'm a software engineer, but in a previous life I did retail picture framing for a number of years. Looking to start a little side business of my own with as little as possible, and build up over time, so that it provides me with some ongoing additional income in retirement.

The next piece of equipment I'd like to acquire is a hand-cranked disc sander for frame miters similar to this one:

If you need it in Australia, look for one there. A used sander from the United States would probably cost $400 to $500, plus shipping (USD). A new one here costs about $860 delivered within the Continental USA.

Have you checked with the wholesale framing suppliers in your region?
