Fletcher Oval cutter for sale

Hi Barbara -

Is your Fletcher 1100 Oval cutter still for sale. Do you happen to know if it is shippable. I live in Upstate NY. Does it have both glass head and mat cutter head? How old is the cutter?

yes it cuts glass and mats. You can have it for 300.00 plus shipping. Its in good shap. I was the only owner.
