I don't think you will be able to find just the turret blade holder used that is not with the whole wall cutter.
If you do find one it may be worn out or beat up.
There are new ones available from Fletcher and the price isn't horrible...

Used with Fletcher's 3000. All blades sold separately, P/N's 02-120 (Glass Scoring), 05-001 (Mat/Foamboard) and 05-712 (Acrylic Scoring Tip).
