There was a company I used a few years ago and a customer wants a repeat of "Colonial 225" style in cherry wood, but now I can't find the supplier. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
 
do a google on it and you will have the pick of hundres & hundreds of suppliers----some actually make them themselves(bet MOST get from china?) but most resell(look at enough of the pics & you will quickly see the same ones over and over and over---you pick the price)
