I have piece for a client in which I'd like to use a fillet w/the mat. I haven't used fillets all that much, so not sure about this dilemma. The fillet is taller that the mat, which I guess all are, so how do I go about using glass? Should I build it up under the mat so the fillet is even (which probably wouldn't look right.) Or, does the glass just set on top the fillet (?) Not sure how to make this work, but surely there's a genius way.

Other bits of info - the mat opening is small - 7 X 9 - it has a lift under the mat - and on top of it all, needs to be shipped.

Would greatly appreciate your advice.

Thanks so much,
Debbie

Cathie's right on the top side.

And don't forget to build the bottom side up with foam core or mat board strips to match the offset that the fillet creates on the bottom side of the mat.
