These are part of an 18 frame installation I did this morning. Not really empty frames, but a really cool idea! Roma #121087 Mottled black and deep brown. The frames are held on the wall with 3M's Champion Nailess Picture hanger strips. The strips are rated for something like 20 lbs. but these frames are feather light.

These are four Dr. Seuss prints in the kid's sleepover bunk room.

This was a commissioned hunt scene painting we had done for our client that has an AMCI closed corner frame with a seamless linen liner.

All of that is really nice. You didn't mention the glazing used but I hope that the ones above the bunk beds used acrylic. How were the ones above the bunk beds secured?

If I was sleeping in those beds, I would be bumping into those frames the way I toss and turn. But I have never liked sleeping against walls. I'm always hitting them when I turn over.

She wanted glass in them but I talked her into UV Acrylic. She remembered her posters from college that had polystyrene glazing and thought that's what acrylic was. They are on a wire hanger but with 3M Command strips to stabilize. She didn't even think the Command Strips were necessary, but I did if for no other reason than to hold them straight. If it proves to be a problem we can always go back and use security hangers but she said her kids were pretty mellow in bed. We'll see.

I've done around 100 frames for this client including this 5'X7' commissioned painting we had done by a local artist and had Bron make a closed corner gilded frame for...

Very cool, Dave and Bron!
