I already posted this in tech questions. I'm waiting for Wizard to return my call. I'm sure it won't be until Monday. My Eclipse xl is making curved cuts. I don't mean hooks as much as just not straight. Tried switching from Wizard software to Eclipse cut with no change. I big guess is that its something mechanical. Anyone had this problem. I have lots of cutting to do. :help:

I don't have an Eclipse...but check your air pressure.

It'll happen on my F6100 if the compressor gets too low.

Are you stacking mats? Is your slip sheet worn?

Just A Thought

That happened to my wizard 8000.
I changed the blade cartridge and it took care of the problem.

Is there a possiblity that condensation or compressor oil got into the cutting head? Do you have an air dryer/filter between the compressor and cmc? It does sound like low compressor pressure but generally the mat clamps won't snap on or off. If the filter is filled you may not be getting the proper pressure or if you got condensation/oil in the cutting head you may have that problem too.

Did you get it fixed?

i also have an eclipse and have not run across this isuue, so i wanted to keep tabs on this thread.

are the lines wavy? or is it cutting a paralellogram?

it's working brilliantly now, but I'm not sure why. I turned everything off. Checked out the compressor and connections all seemed well. Changed the blade, it was worse. Changed the blade again, blew some air around, turned it off and on again and it's fine.
