Simplicity Solution: Put nail in wall... hook wire on nail... (frame now hanging).

(And to think that this "Wall Buddies" topic was all started up with this simple time/money-saving idea: http://www.thegrumble.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=010122

Don't take offense, AJ. That post was intended for those framers who say they like the idea of WallBuddies, but their customers complain that they're too hard to hang.

I have no stock in WallBuddies and don't actually care who uses them. They occupy a few drawers in my large parts cabinet of assorted hangers that I use - depending on the job.

A piece 40" wide x 10" tall screams for Wallbuddies. It’s just plain hard headedness to argue otherwise. At 40" tall and 10" wide, I can’t justify over complicating something as simple as hanging a stupid picture.

They are just tools. Each has their place. The only thing I can't understand is total contempt for WB's or against wire (or even sawtooth hangers). Whats next reg glass…paper mats…plastic frames?
