We often hear the negative side on public forums, but I'd like to take a moment to praise one of our local vendors.

DonMar recently came through for us on a couple 24 hour rush orders, with more 50 metal chops. It was promptly ready the same day, well packaged, without even a single flaw/burr/scratch on any of the items.

While the chop quality of some (un-named) larger vendors has been going downhill lately, DM seems to have their act together.

Thank you for being there and coming through, as you always do!

I will second the praise for Don-Mar. I have been using them since the very beginning of my business and if I ever had a problem it got fixed, sometimes by Don Sr. himself. The girls on the phones are the greatest and all they ask for in return is an endless supply of M&Ms!!

I wish I could echo your good comments but they have yet to send me information after 2 calls (since December)and no catalog.

Framers market did the same thing, when they called they said I was just a little out of their delivery zone.

Thank god for M+M and Decor for suplies.

Don Mar doesn't have a catalog at this time. I am surprised they didn't tell you. They have a web-site, which I don't like to use, but that is where everything is. Luckily, I have a saleman who treats me very well.

DM is great. They are my primary supplier. I very rarely have a problem and if I do, they take care of it right away.

I say, "Use them if you can".
