As you know, DonMar stopped supplying beveled mirrors a while ago due to quality control issues. I had to return several myself, so I know it was a real pain for DonMar (not to mention not very profitable). Larson-Juhl also stopped carrying them, probably for the same reason. I was buying the mirrors through Charrette Wholesale out of Woburn, MA.. DonMar just purchased the framing supply department at Charrette, and as of today DonMar still won't take any orders for beveled mirror. For those of us in New England that count on these weekly deliveries for glass, we're kind of screwed! I called TruVue to find out if ther are any other suppliers to get beveled mirrors from but I have not received a call back yet. I am going to call my DonMar rep to beg them to pick up the beveled mirror again. If you are a DonMar customer, please do the same. Maybe if Don Marino gets enough feedback from us he will work out a solution with TruVue and supply the beveled mirrors again.

TruVue called this morning and also suggested Armel. Thanks for the tip! The only problem is they may not have a truck in my area. However, it appears that DonMar is thinking about the issue and might add beveled mirrors to their inventory again. They just might not be TruVue mirrors.
