Also, I am looking for colored linen/silk wrapped concaved liners much like the L/J #972 liner. Preferably in silver.

You might try emailing Grumbler John Richards. If he can't match it, he might at least be able to get close.

Or are you looking for a scoop liner in linen or silk that you can stick a silver fillet inside of?

Not familiar with the term "scoop liner", but it could be described that way, yes. The liner is wrapped with a silver silk rather than the usual off-white/black/etc linen or cloth.
