The last posting on ready mades was perfect because we were just talking about adding ready-mades to our store. We have a 1200 sq ft store with a 50/50 split between the showroom and work room and a 12 ft ceiling.

Any creative suggestions on displaying the ready mades? How many ready mades should we stock? Anybody know of a west coast distributor for ready-mades of decent quality?

If I get a chance, I'll post a picture of the store when I get to the store. The sleepyheads on the west coast are just getting out and about.

We stole an idea from Sherry Grey, in Hillsboro, NC. She took some doors, hinged them together, and made self-standing displays. We did the same thing. They work well, if you have the floor space available for display.
We found many widths of cheap doors at our local Lowes building supply place. They're inexpensive, and we painted ours a color that complimented our shop, at the time.
Obviously, you can 'hinge-together' as many doors as you have room for on your floor. We have a coupla 2 door 'stands' and a 3 door one. The beauty is, if you need to move 'em, you just fold them together and lean 'em against the wall somewhere.
