Over the past 1 1/2 years, i s-l-o-w-l-y started stocking more and more Peterboro conservation matboards while discontinuing other brands. Well, in the beginning on January this year, i called a distributor (they deliver) to place an order as usual. The salesperson called me back and said we are out of blah blah blah, and blah blah blah, and blah blah blah, and, etc., ete., etc... I didn't say too much, being it was just after the holidays. I waited a couple of weeks and place another order, they were even out of more of them and the salesperson said they didn't know then they would be back i stock. I was frustrated. I waited almost a whole month, and called again, which was TODAY. Same again... very few "left" in stock... no new shipments came in, and, like usual, the salesperson claimed to know nothing about the situation. I asked to talk to someone in charge of ordering from Peterboro. I spoke to him and he told me a Peterboro salesman told him the prices were greatly increasing on Peterboro matboards. He told me he is STILL waiting on a "price list". He claims he still did NOT one and will not be ordering from Peterboro until he does. I called up Peterboro and told them the situation and had NO idea what i was talking about. They ought to get their C:bdh
together! I just sent Peterboro a letter repeating what was said in a conversation and at the bottom of the letter, I told them they had til the beginning of next week to call me with good news or i will be discontinuing ALL Peterboro matboards. Who is not even worth the #### in the bucket... Peterboro or the distributor? Is anyone having the same problem with Peterboro matboards?
