Hello everybody... DIASEC is launching in the USA and Canada! :icon21:

Demand for Diasec is on the increase and we are regularly being asked by Photographers, Galleries,
Printers and Picture Framers where it can be found in Canada and the USA.

KAYMOUNTING produce Diasec exclusively in the UK. Wilcovak produce Diasec exclusively in Holland.
Both companies own the joint rights to Diasec in the United States and Canada.

In response to demand, we are preparing to provide official Diasec services in the US. We will be
offering interested parties a dealership contract, to produce their own Diasec panels under license.

Since our visit to New York in June, we have been making steady progress with this project and have
already covered some considerable ground. We are currently working with our team of Solicitors and
Accountants in New York, London and Hoogeveen to get the project up and running, and the new
Diasec USA, Diasec Canada contracts are currently under construction.

A rough outline of the new dealerships on offer...

• A fixed term (renewable) contract for you to produce authentic Diasec.
• The rights to advertise and use the exclusive Diasec brand name and markings.
• The supply of original (licensed) Diasec bonding materials and the essential machinery
manufactured especially for purpose.
• A full five-day training course provided by us for you and your designated staff.
• Thereafter, continued product and training support.

We have launched two new websites and associated social networking pages dedicated to this exciting
new project to keep everybody updated with our progress and to announce each new dealership as it opens!

Latest Diasec dealership news… Monday 18th November 2013

We are working very hard with our solicitors in New York but the nature of the new contracts in preparation means
they need quite a bit of careful work, so they are taking longer to draw up than we had at first anticipated.
Nonetheless we are making good progress and we are learning to be patient, even though we are very excited by
the prospect of things to come!

More details...
The cost and payment structure is not completely finalized at this stage but do get in touch for ballpark figures if
you are interested in obtaining a dealership license. The fee will include the price of the dealership, the contract,
machinery, and the training course. There is a royalty duty based on your sales and production of Diasec and
there will also be the cost for regular Diasec ingredients supply.

Growing interest...
Enquiries regarding new licenses or Diasec service availability have been good and have come from a wide variety
of locations stateside, so we expect to receive more as the word gets around. This can only be good news for potential
dealership owners in the long run!

Online activity...
Happily as you can see, both of our websites are now up and running so we are updating them with the latest news for
USA & Canada as soon as things happen. They are both works in continual progress and we expect them to evolve
considerably as the projects gain momentum. We will of course endeavor to drive business to all newly created dealers,
so to help this we will include a directory featuring new dealerships on both the US & Canadian websites.

We have lots of ideas about what we would like to include but please, do feel free to make any suggestions if you think
that we may be missing a trick somewhere!

In addition to the websites we have also launched new Twitter & Facebook accounts to raise awareness that Diasec USA
& Diasec Canada are on the way. The numbers of followers & likes over the short period are encouraging given the fact
that we haven’t started any major promotional campaign.

It’s all good news and be assured of our determination to launch the new dealerships as soon as we can...
it’s going to be rather brilliant!
