Design Guild Moulding

Just received a e-mail from USA Wholesale Framing that said Design Guild had closed.
Has anyone else received this information?

The news of the closing was posted at least a month ago. In a thread just yesterday it was also discussed but I'm sure many have missed the news.

I sure missed the notice and the writing on the wall, and had several frames I was still expecting delivery for when they closed their doors. At the order desk they must have been instructed to lead us on , as if everything was ok. Flat out told us the orders would ship the next day... It was a nasty way to exit the market,I do not appreciate it at all. They clothes-lined me less than a week before X mas. NOT COOL.
