I have had it done by Lexjet with very good results.
I think they charge a small fee however they did not charge me anything. I do buy from them on a regular basis.

Cathy's Profiles is a good choice for first timers since she has a checklist that assumes you know nothing about the process. There are numerous settings in Photoshop and your printer driver that affect how your profiles work, Cathy's checklist covers 'em all.
Street price is around $25 per profile at the various services. Most paper manufacturers provide "canned" profiles for free download that may or may not work very well with your particular printer. Best ones are those made by Epson and HP and Canon for use with their papers and printers and inks (only). Some of the profiles from high end paper and canvas manufacturers are surprisingly poor, best to make or buy you own.
