I see on the home page at the bottom is a column that is titled "Garbage". What is that about?

If a moderator feels compelled to delete an entire thread (which happens maybe 2-3 times per year) we are encouraged to move it to the garbage collection instead of zapping it into oblivion.
It can be recovered from the garbage bin by framer, The Grumble's owner and administrator, but cannot be viewed by anyone else (including moderators) unless it is restored.
You'll notice there's been nothing sent to the garbage bin in the past two months. More than likely, that last item was an accidental duplicate.
Individual posts cannot be sent to the garbage bin. Once deleted, they cannot be restored.
