Natayla, these saws are suitable for cutting both meatal and wood frames. One can choose a blade for one or the other or a combination blade that will cut both. The petcocks on the spray mist system allow for the mister to be shut off when cutting wood frames. You should update your EBay listing with this fact as well mentioning the blade size, type and quantity included. This will help you sell the saw for the best possible price. Good luck.
 
Richard, call CTD for the parts cost and the replacement is pretty simple. Should be 8 bolts.

Thanks Jeff! I've updated the title and the description. Will add blade size when I get into the shop to see what it is. Currently at home due to blizzard conditions.
