Photoshop CS5 is no longer supporting KOGAK PHOTO CD. To pick photo's you have to use CS3. So if you need to pick a photo from a KODAK CD, you have to use an other program.
For Mac-users you can still use the newest iPhoto. This will automatically load the photo in full quality. Than export it in FQ TIFF for use in CS5.
