I bought the CS79 in Atlanta and it has never worked. The foot pedal does not force the wedge into the moulding and the idot light(that must be ME!)doesn't come on. I have talked to Active Sales about four or five times about this. Their advise is to ship it back. Does anyone have an experience with this machine or this problem? I would just as soon never see this thing again!

I’m from Cassese France and would like to answer you regarding this machine. I think you could have 3 reasons for this trouble, I would suggest you to check the following points :
- Check the distance between the top rubber and the top of the molding, it must never be more than 5 centimeters. If necessary minimize this empty space by changing of rubber type or adjusting the high of the aluminum bracket holding it.
- Check that the cable didn’t move out of one pulley during transport. Inside the machine is attached one cable to the pedal, follow it and check that is passes correctly trough the pulleys.
- Remove the distributor block and check that the hammer is not damaged.
The fact of not having the light coming on can be due to several things: battery faulty or one of the previous fault is occurring. Let me know if you have any problem, here is my e-mail address: sbarnier@cassese.com . If you give my a phone number we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure that we will do everything to get your machine working perfectly, as they use to.
