I looked in "search" first but couldn't find any information on this paper cutter that appears very popular.Does anyone use this in their shops. does it have any application in a frame shop?

thanks,

Blackiris thanks for the name clarification. I like your ringing endorsement. Being able to make great signs could save a lot of money.

Looks like a neat little tool....what is the real cost though, after the 30 day trial is over?

I love the concept, and drooled over the ads.....BUT..........Is there something like this where you can do YOUR designs, and not just a pre made cartridge? Cause if I can do my own stuff...........sweet! L.

If you want to cut matboard, vinyl and other similar materials maybe a CMC would work ;)
Natch!! But expensive!!!!!!!What I REALLY WANT is a CNC Plasma cutter....Oh,sheet metal, precision cut! drrrrooooooolllllll. L.

I don't know about your region but there are always a lot listed on craigslist here. There are so many models I wonder what the difference is, and I also wonder why so many are getting sold off? It makes me thing there are a lot of people who ended up not liking them.

A lot of what listed on Craigs list? CMCs CNCs or Cricuts? If its CMCs then I'll check out Craigs list, never even been on it... Isn't the cricut limited to just paper, not able to do mats? and the fonts, aren't they just one size, or rather not scalable? It's like going back to the days of the daisy wheel typewriter IMO.

Ummmmmm NO BOB.........this has totally revoulutioniszzed the scrapbooking industry..............and it cuts fabric as well as card stock!!!!!!!!!! relly delicate scrolly stuff.........its great! I use it for things to put in shadowboxes!

These are so popular and work so well. The reason so many are available on Cragislist is more likely that the consumer is upgrading to the latest and greatest release. They keep getting better and better all the time. Also, as new cartridges come out, scrapbookers will sell their used cartridges in order to reinvest in something different. I have a daughter who is a big time scrapbooker.

Another reason that you might see them on Craigslist........When there is a really good price on the machine, I have heard of people buying several and selling them for a profit.

I definitely would love to have one in my shop!!!
